Overview
Connected breathwork is about awareness. First we look together at what being aware really means. In conversation, we closely analyse what you experience on a daily basis. We look at your patterns, where they came from, and what they mean to you. Layer by layer, you get to know yourself better.
After the conversation, the conscious connected breathwork session starts. A session is intense and special at the same time, but above all liberating. It consists of 40 minutes of active breathing and 20 minutes of relaxation. While you're breathing, fitting music is played. At the end of the breathwork session, we will discuss your experience and answer your questions.
Tips:
Wear comfortable clothing, preferably without zippers and buttons
It is recommended to not eat too much before the session
